Dear Dr. Godek,
What can I say, you have changed my life. It has only been one week since my surgery and I already feel like I can conquer the world. On my first post op, the day after surgery I had so many mixed feelings about looking in the mirror, I wasn’t ready to be disappointed again, I have been through this too many times and I just was terrified to look.
I turned and looked into the mirror and just stood there, tears were welling up in my eyes, it was like a dream, they were perfect, just perfect I couldn’t believe that this was me in the mirror, I was ecstatic, the weight that I have been carrying on my shoulders was lifted… I felt complete I felt like a woman again.
I only wish you were there to see the smile on my face and the joy in my eyes… you truly are an amazing Plastic Surgeon but besides being a great surgeon you are a great person, you were kind and understanding, you had a great of humor and most of all you listen to me, you heard me, you didn’t make me feel like just another patient. I felt very much cared for.
Your staff is amazing, I loved coming and seeing everyone they were always so personable and friendly, they always answered all my questions and confirmed all my uncertainties. What a wonderful staff you have.
